Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to the Montessori Circus! Audiences of all ages, we are here to introduce extravagant circus acts in all areas of amusement. You will be exposed to all experiences, not just the special interests of us, your humble hosts.

Tonight, under the big top, we have gathered the finest collection of entertainers in the world. These performers directed their own learning for years and years. Now, fully prepared for a practical circus life, and ready to give the performance of a lifetime, they are here to thrill, amaze and entertain!

In the center ring I present our head animal trainer, Dallas Montgomery, and his mighty African elephants. Watch, as Dallas, using only his wits, tames the mighty beasts. Or, if he chooses, he may go play at the water station. Either way, the elephants will be beaten into submission after the show.

Next, in the side ring, we offer 50 of the finest clowns in the world. These clowns are different than regular circus performers. They are not merely adults in clown bodies. Nor are they merely clowns in rainbow wigs and oversize shoes. They are individual clowns. They have been introduced to materials in all areas, from cream pies to seltzer water. Of their own accord, they chose to develop practical skills, such as confetti throwing. They are now ready for the full transition to clown performance under the tent!

What? You don’t see any clowns? That’s because they are all hiding in this tiny car! The clowns have a choice. They may stay in the car, or they may come out and regale and amuse us. The choice is theirs. However, we will all be very sad if the clowns decide to stay in the car, won’t we audience? The clowns will be missing out on all of your adoring laughs and applause.

Now, if your pulse can stand it, I would like to direct your attention high above the circus floor to our daring trapeze artists! The acrobats will be performing with or without a net, whichever they prefer. They may choose to perform on the high swinging trapeze or the lower, more stable trapeze. While one walks on a nothing more than a thin rope another will leap from swing to swing. Total silence is requested during their performance. A crowded or chaotic environment can cause stress and can dissipate an acrobat’s energy.

During all of these performances cotton candy and popcorn may or may not be sold. You may purchase either, if you wish. But beware: Both will be bad for your teeth and will spoil your dinner.
