Subjects' Names: Peter Merkel/Peter Merkel Jr.
Subjects' powers: The ability to contort his body wildly along with a very high tolerance for pain
Why this power seems good: It would be pretty handy to be able to crinkle up your arms and legs and be able to squeeze out of an air vent every now and again. And, you know, the not hurting part would be nice.
Why it might actually suck: Markel Jr. has to take a special medication to keep his bones from literally ripping out of his skin. Let me repeat that: He needs medicine to keep his bones from coming out of his skin.
Also, it would be terrible to have that Aerosmith song stuck in your head all the time.

It's even worse for that DC villain Love-in-an-Elevator.

His power may suck, but he makes up for it with the way he thinks:
"I was thinking of what it's like to be abused and tortured and abandoned and forgotten.
When your life is so worthless that your only degraded value to anyone in when your pain gives them amusement, and the person entrusted to care for you sees you as more disposable than used tissue.
But then I thought...
...'I wonder what it's like to ^%$# a butterfly?' "
